Biography
Who is Minh Tri?
I am a massage therapist with a passion for helping people reconnect with their bodies, move with greater freedom, and achieve their health and performance goals. My interest in human movement, recovery, and physical well-being led me to pursue a career in therapeutic care, where I continue to expand my knowledge and clinical skills through ongoing education.
Outside of the clinic, I enjoy strength training, running, and exploring evidence-informed approaches to
recovery and performance. These experiences help me better understand the challenges faced by active individuals, athletes, and clients seeking to improve their overall quality of life.
Training and professional skills
I am a registered massage therapist and a member of the FQM. My therapeutic approach combines
manual therapy techniques with movement-based principles to address muscular tension, fascial restrictions, mobility limitations, and recovery needs.
Here is an overview of my certifications:
• Swedish Massage Therapy – Focused on relaxation, circulation, and foundational therapeutic
techniques.
• Thai Table Massage – Dynamic techniques combining assisted stretching and movement.
• Contemporary Techniques of Cupping – Including myofascial cupping therapy and lymphatic
drainage cupping applications to support tissue mobility, circulation, recovery, and fascial health.
• Sports Massage Therapy – Specialized techniques focused on athletic performance, recovery,
injury prevention, and functional movement. Training includes deep tissue massage, passive
mobilisations, proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation (PNF), trigger point therapy, myofascial
stretching, positional release (Jones Technique), muscle shortening techniques, Russian sports
massage techniques, and pre-event, inter-event, and post-event treatment protocols.
• Kinesitherapy (Beginning Fall 2026) – Continuing education focused on movement, rehabilitation,
and functional recovery.
