Biography

Who is Christine?

I am a passionate occupational therapist who truly loves her work and values human connection. Always smiling, you will almost certainly find me with a coffee (or two!) in hand. Building authentic relationships, listening attentively, and supporting people through their challenges are what motivate me every day. I am often described as approachable, positive, and reassuring; qualities that are especially important to me in my practice.

My professional path has not been linear, but it reflects who I am. After working in microbiology, I chose to follow what genuinely inspired me: occupational therapy. I completed my master’s degree at McGill University, a decision that transformed my life and allowed me to fully thrive in a profession aligned with my values.

Today, I specialize in hand therapy, mental health, and supporting individuals returning to work after workplace or motor vehicle accidents. I am especially passionate about guiding people through pivotal moments in their lives, helping them regain confidence and return to their daily activities with balance and reassurance.

Actively involved in my community and church, I also draw a strong sense of meaning and gratitude from my personal commitments. This spirit of appreciation and balance guides both my life and my professional practice.

In short, I am a dedicated and compassionate professional—sometimes busy but always driven by kindness and a sincere desire to help others rediscover their strength and independence.
