I work in human resources with a deeply human-centered approach, guided by respect, integrity, and personal development. Over the course of a career spanning more than 20 years, I have developed an authentic approach in which relationships, active listening, and understanding others are central. As the father of two wonderful children, I take great pride in my family life, which nourishes my values and my way of being every day.

With a passion for psychology, I am naturally interested in what motivates, influences, and drives people’s growth. Above all, I am driven by the desire to help create healthier, more humane, and more inspiring environments.
