Biography
Master's degree in occupational therapy in June 2021 from the Université de Sherbrooke.
Marline, of Haitian origin, is driven by a deep passion for human development and well-being, a passion rooted in her personal and professional background.
After starting her career in the medical field in Haiti, she immigrated to Quebec in January 2010, where she continued her studies at the Université de Montréal.
Inspired by the positive influence of occupational therapy on the development of her niece, who had been stunted since birth, this was a crucial moment that awakened in her a vocation for therapeutic work. That's how she chose to pursue her studies in occupational therapy at the Université de Sherbrooke.
With a perfect command of French and Haitian Creole, and an adequate command of English, Marline also stands out for her natural curiosity and love of reading. She also has a keen interest in a career in homecare, where she finds particular satisfaction in accompanying individuals in their daily environment, enabling them to regain their independence and quality of life.
For her, each individual victory is a source of joy and renewed motivation to continue her work with dedication and empathy!
