Margarita Zhao

Margarita is a professional and compassionate physiotherapist who graduated from the Physiotherapy Program at McGill University in 2023. Since becoming a member of the Ordre Professionnel de la Physiothérapie du Québec (OPPQ) that same year, she has been committed to providing high-quality, personalized care to help clients feel their best. 

Margarita takes a client-first approach, listening carefully to understand each person’s unique needs and goals. Her treatment plans are grounded in the McKenzie and Mulligan approach, which combine hands-on techniques with guided exercises to relieve pain, restore movement, and build strength. She believes in regular evaluations, adapting her care to suit her clients’ evolving needs. 

With over 10 years of experience in dance, Margarita also has a deep appreciation for movement and its role in overall well-being. This background gives her valuable insight when working with dancers, athletes, and anyone looking to improve their mobility and confidence in movement.
