Maëva Lebeon

After graduating in physiotherapy from the faculty of Bordeaux (France) in 2014, Maëva began her professional experience in Gabon. In association with a paramedical practice, she worked for 3 years with a varied clientele.

During these years of practice she gained experience in the fields of rheumatology, orthopedics, musculoskeletal and postural disorders.

In 2015, she trained in France in manual therapy for the lumbar spine and pelvis, before moving to Montreal in 2016.

She practiced as a massage therapist for 6 years and trained in fasciatherapy, deep tissue and sports massage. 

In 2021 Maëva completed her Pilates floor instructor training (Anne McMillan Pilates) and has since been giving private Pilates classes. Her individual approach enables her to target each person's specific needs, design a customized training program and maximize results.

In 2023, she completed the Cégep Marie-Victorin's “Programme d'études collégiales d'intégration à la profession de technologue en physiothérapie”, and in 2024 obtained her license from the OPPQ (Ordre Professionnel des Physiothérapeutes du Québec).

After completing her diploma equivalence course, Maëva joined the action sport physio villeray team in January 2025 as a Physiotherapy Technologist.

Maëva's practice is based on attentive listening, and she makes it a point of honor to empower you to take charge of your health. She is committed to giving you a range of advice and appropriate exercises to continue at home to optimize your rehabilitation.
