Biography
Lydia completed her master's degree in physiotherapy at the Université de Montréal in 2023. During her studies, Lydia developed a particular interest in manual therapy.
During her studies, Lydia developed expertise in a number of fields, including orthopedics, neurology and pediatrics. She has also conducted research on neuromuscular diseases at CHU Sainte-Justine.
Lydia bases her practice on the importance of a good therapeutic relationship. Her ability to listen and her empathy enable her to target patients' needs and offer them personalized service according to their objectives. With a strong interest in research, Lydia also bases her practice on evidence-based data to deliver quality treatments.
In her spare time, Lydia enjoys sports, including running, swimming, gym workouts, skiing and hiking. Lydia also loves to travel, having been to Europe several times in recent years.
