Biography
Lisa Di Tomaso is a graduate of McGill University with a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology. She is an accredited member of the Association of Kinesiologists, Kinisithérapeutes, Orthothérapeutes et Massothérapeutes du Québec (A.K.K.O.M.Q) and the Canadian Kinesiology Alliance (CKA).
Lisa is qualified to conduct biomechanical assessments to evaluate posture, gait, and muscle function, identifying abnormalities or inefficiencies. She develops personalized exercise and rehabilitation programs, advises on injury prevention and proper techniques, and provides therapeutic exercises. She also offers guidance on healthy lifestyle choices and collaborates with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care. Additionally, Lisa helps individuals with chronic conditions, disabilities, or movement disorders improve their physical function and quality of life. She also assists athletes and physically active individuals in enhancing their performance through targeted training programs and sport-specific assessments.

She’ll assess your current physical abilities to establish a clear baseline. From there, Lisa customizes each session to fit your unique situation, ensuring that every aspect of your program is tailored to help you achieve the best possible outcomes.
Outside of the clinic, Lisa enjoys hiking, bootcamp classes, cooking, traveling, watching movies, and spending time with family and friends.
