Lindsey Bégaud

Who is Lindsey?

With over 1,100 hours of training, Lindsey has been a certified massage therapist since 2021, having graduated from the Académie de massage scientifique. Driven from a young age by a desire to help others, she quickly found her calling in the field of health and wellness. 

A performance artist and passionate dancer, she developed an early fascination with movement and the capabilities of the human body. It was only natural for her to turn to massage therapy, seeking to deepen her understanding of the benefits of therapeutic touch, both physically and psychologically. 

Throughout her academic journey, Lindsey discovered a strong interest in clinical work within a multidisciplinary team. Actively contributing to the improvement of her clients’ well-being and athletic performance is a major source of motivation for her. With this goal in mind, she pursued further training in kinesitherapy with a specialization in sports therapy.
