Biography
Kristin is a passionate and client-centered occupational therapist with a background that bridges rehabilitation science, therapeutic movement, and holistic health. She holds a Master’s in Occupational Therapy from McGill University (2017) and a BSc in Clinical Exercise Physiology from Concordia University (2014). Her practice is enriched by qualifications as a yoga teacher, Thai massage therapist, and myofascial stretch therapist.
Kristin’s approach is rooted in collaboration, functional rehabilitation, and treating the whole person—not just the condition. Drawing from her varied experience across hospitals, private clinics, CLSCs, and community care, she creates personalized treatment plans that integrate education, movement-based practices, and hands-on techniques to support clients throughout their recovery journey and help them regain confidence and function in daily life. She has a deep appreciation for the mind-body connection and aims to foster resilience, embodiment, and long-term well-being in the people she works with.
Outside of the clinic, Kristin finds inspiration in yoga, music, hiking, and outdoor adventures. She is committed to lifelong learning and bringing a compassionate, creative lens to both her work and her life.
