Biography
Who is Niloofar?
Niloofar Khallaghi Zadeh is a physiotherapist passionate about helping people feel strong, confident, and pain-free. She holds an undergraduate degree in Anatomy and Cell Biology and a Master’s degree in Physiotherapy from McGill University, and is a member of the Ordre professionnel de la physiothérapie du Québec (OPPQ).
Niloofar treats neck and back pain, headaches, and upper or lower body injuries — whether acute or chronic — as well as a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions. Her approach combines manual therapy, targeted exercise, and movement retraining to help patients recover, move better, and return confidently to daily life or sport. She has experience working with football and soccer teams, giving her insight into both on- and off-field demands and the importance of safe, effective return to performance.
Training and professional skills
She is trained in vestibular rehabilitation and concussion management, helping patients with vertigo, dizziness, balance difficulties, and other vestibular conditions. Niloofar also provides focused care for TMJ and jaw-related issues.
Outside the clinic, Niloofar spends much of her time training in different martial arts, along with tennis, yoga, and strength training. Through martial arts, she has experienced the physical demands of training and the injuries that can come with it — and she understands that setbacks are part of the process and that, with the right guidance, you can come back stronger and more confident. That perspective helps her genuinely connect with patients and support them as they work toward feeling strong and capable again.
