Judith Thibault

Who is Judith?

I graduated from Laval University in 2025 with a degree in occupational therapy. I have gained clinical experience working with adult and geriatric clients, mainly in physical health, but also in mental health.

I place particular importance on promoting health, maintaining independence, and optimizing functioning in daily, professional, and leisure activities. My approach is person-centered, collaborative, and goal-oriented in order to promote a safe, gradual, and sustainable return to activities.

Sensitive to the importance of an active life, I practice indoor training, running, and cross-country skiing, among other activities. This personal interest in physical activity feeds my clinical vision and my desire to support clients in their functional return and meaningful participation in their activities.
