Biography
Who is Joël?
Early in my life, I realized that we are taught very little about how to truly
take care of ourselves. This
led me to dedicate my work to finding ways to integrate healthy habits into the
reality of our busy modern lives. Along this journey, I quickly discovered that
many people live with physical and mental pain without clear solutions. Having
gone through my own path of overcoming suffering, I committed myself fully to
specializing in chronic pain and mental health. My mission is simple: to help
as many people as possible achieve a greater sense of well-being. Kinesiology
is the science of movement. Movement is present in our aspirations, our
motivation, our emotions, and our everyday lives. It is a powerful force that
shapes our well-being.
