Jessica Bourdeau

Jessica recently graduated from Human Kinetic at the University of Ottawa back in 2024 and hopes to pursue her career in physiotherapy. Jessica has always found a profound interest in the human body and helping others achieve their physical and recovery goals. She used to compete in Basketball and Track and Field which have helped her understand the fundamentals needs of athletic performance, injury prevention, and rehabilitation.  

Jessica is working as a physiotherapy assistant, gaining hands-on experience in patient care, rehabilitation techniques, and therapeutic exercises. She is eager to continue expanding her knowledge and skills to help individuals of all backgrounds regain mobility, reduce pain, and improve their overall quality of life.
