Heidi Touchette

Heidi is an occupational therapist with a bachelor's and master's degree in occupational therapy from Laval University and a member of the Ordre des ergothérapeutes du Québec (OEQ). She has also enriched her professional practice by working for two years as a rehabilitation assistant.

During her training, she completed internships in intensive functional rehabilitation units, hospitals, long-term care facilities, and pediatric schools. These experiences reinforced her interest in helping patients regain their independence and reach their full potential. With her positive energy and contagious smile, Heidi favors a human approach based on listening and collaboration in order to offer interventions tailored to each person's needs and goals.

Passionate about movement and pushing herself to new heights, Heidi practices competitive classical horseback riding and weight training, and loves to travel to discover new perspectives and experiences that she incorporates into her practice to inspire and motivate her patients.
