Olivia Haddad

Who is Olivia? 

As part of the Regional Operations Management team, Olivia supports multiple clinics by optimizing administrative processes, improving workflows, and implementing efficient systems. She also helps clinics stay organized and supports staff behind the scenes to ensure a smooth experience for both patients and teams. Her goal is to bring structure to chaos by creating smarter, simpler systems that make day-to-day work easier for everyone. 

Outside of work, Olivia enjoys camping and relaxing at home. 

Training and professional skills

Olivia has over 10 years of experience in customer service and clinic operations. She is also currently pursuing studies in Computer Programming and Analysis at Algonquin College. My experience has allowed me to develop strong skills in organization, data management, administrative coordination, and process improvement.
