Biography

Frédéric completed his master's degree in physiotherapy at the University of Sherbrooke in 2017. Passionate about his field of study and the health sciences, he began his career in a clinic where he treated both various high-level injuries and athletes. He also acted as a therapist at the 2018 Rogers Couper, the most recognized professional tennis tournament in Canada.

In March 2019, he opened the Action Sport Physio Laval Ouest clinic, with the promise of offering high quality services and treatments.

In order to deepen his knowledge of physiotherapy, Frédéric completed his level 2 manual therapy courses (lower and upper limbs) at the Association Québécoise de Physiothérapie Manuelle Orthopédique (AQPMO). He has also completed various continuing education courses on shoulder dysfunctions, the temporomandibular joint (jaw), concussions, etc.

Frédéric is a sports enthusiast, regularly playing soccer, running, cycling, tennis, skiing and hockey. More recently, he has become an ultramarathoner by completing a few trail running events.

In 2021, he also became the co-owner of the ASP Laval clinic, before opening a third clinic in Laval, Action Sport Physio Laval-Duvernay.

An extraordinary customer experience and professional services are at the heart of his convictions.
