Dre Françoise Noël de Tilly

I am a Doctor of Chiropractic. Health through a healthy and balanced lifestyle plays a major role in my life. I love studying, reading, eating well, being physically active, and spending time with my family and friends. I am the proud mother of two young adults full of dreams and potential who are thriving through their studies and sports. In my work, I am committed to supporting my patients on their journey to better health. I am an ally, but the patient's active participation in their return to better overall health is essential to me. The chiropractic philosophy considers and evaluates all factors that can interfere with your neuro-vertebral and overall health; namely, biomechanics, biochemistry, and emotions. After identifying the various irritants, I use manipulations (chiropractic adjustments, muscle work, and reflex point stimulation), nutritional and lifestyle advice, exercises, and sometimes the recommendation of various supplements to guide you toward optimal health. 

I graduated from the University of Quebec at Trois-Rivières in 2001 after a demanding five-year program of chiropractic school. In 2021, I also completed a Master's degree in Human Nutrition and Functional Medicine with the University of Western States. I have completed several training courses in various chiropractic techniques and approaches to broaden my skillset.
