Biography

Who is Florence?

My name is Florence, I’m a physiotherapist and I’m 27 years old. In my personal time, I love making the most of life through travel, hiking in nature, reading, and cooking. Movement is an essential part of my daily routine, whether it’s through Pilates, running, or working out at the gym. Time spent with family or close friends—simple moments filled with laughter—is also key to my balance. I share my life with my partner, and we dream of building a family in this region. For me, well-being comes from both self-awareness and genuine human connection, and that’s what I strive to embody every day.

Training and professional skills

I am a physiotherapist, graduated from the University of Montreal in 2023. I am currently pursuing a university microprogram in pelvic and perineal rehabilitation, which I expect to complete in 2026. In addition to treating musculoskeletal injuries of all kinds, this specialized training also allows me to offer targeted services in pelvic and perineal rehabilitation for women. My approach focuses on supporting each person with personalized care tailored to their specific needs and overall well-being.

Here is an overview of my training courses:

  • Fundamentals of Running Injuries – Runner’s Clinic: Acquire skills to assess injured runners by analyzing their biomechanics, running techniques, and the relationships between injuries, anatomy, and muscle strength.
  • Microprogram in Pelvic and Perineal Rehabilitation: Develop the necessary skills to evaluate and treat pelvic and perineal issues in diverse populations (women, neurological patients, and the elderly).

"It is not strength, but perseverance that accomplishes great things." – Samuel Johnson
