Biography
Who is Dillon?
I am an osteopath who is passionate about helping people achieve lasting recovery and a better quality of life. Since 2017, I have also worked as a strength and fat loss coach, which has shaped my practical and results-oriented approach to care. With a strong interest in movement, education, and long-term health, I enjoy empowering patients to better understand their bodies and take an active role in their recovery. Teaching and learning have always been central to who I am, and I bring this mindset into every interaction with my patients.
Training and professional skills
I hold a Bachelor of Science degree and am a qualified osteopath. In addition to my osteopathic training, I am a naturopath with a solid background in nutrition, allowing me to integrate lifestyle and recovery principles into my clinical reasoning. With over 15 years of experience as an educator, I place a strong emphasis on clear communication, evidence-based practice, and patient education. My clinical approach blends rehabilitation, movement strategies, and strength-based principles to support long-term results and sustainable health improvements.
Here is an overview of my certifications:
- Rehab-U: Movement & Performance Therapy – Levels 1 & 2: Training focused on using strength and movement to support rehabilitation, improve performance, and reduce the risk of injury in daily life and sport.
- University of Michigan – Anatomy: An in-depth course covering the anatomy of the body, including muscles, joints, bones, and internal organs.
- Poliquin Personal Training – Level 1: Foundational training in strength and conditioning to support safe and effective exercise.
“I believe that education, movement, and consistency are the keys to long-term health and meaningful change.”
