Biography

Who is Cindy?

Cindy is an osteopath who specializes in treating athletes and visceral pain. She is also a massage therapist and physiotherapy technologist. She combines all of her approaches to offer you personalized treatment tailored to your needs. Cindy is passionate about how the human body works and is always looking to expand her knowledge. A mother of two young children, she can be found on the motocross track cheering on her son or, when she takes some time for herself, on the volleyball court.

Training and professional skills

She works primarily in osteopathy and massage therapy. Combining the two approaches, she aims to offer her patients comprehensive treatment, whether through muscle relaxation massage therapy, osteopathic fascial techniques, or specific exercises she learned during her training as a physiotherapy technologist. With her biomechanical approach, she uses a technique that is more forceful than gentle, and you will be surprised by her strength.

Here is an overview of my certifications

Osteopathy: Obtained in 2023 at the Centre Ostéopathique du Québec, this school offers comprehensive training spread over six years, where we address the body as a whole.
Physical therapy technologist: Obtained my diploma in 2015 at Cégep Marie-Victorin. This certification allows me to focus on strengthening, posture, and prevention that can be done at home.
Massage therapy: Obtained in 2009 at the Académie de Massage Scientifique. I took the most comprehensive training available in order to be as well-equipped as possible in both relaxation and sports massage.
