Christina Brisson

Who is Christina?

I am passionate about wellness, movement, and overall health. As a physiotherapy technologist and massage therapist, I find real pleasure in helping people regain their mobility and relieve their pain. In my personal life, I love spending time with family and friends, whether it's over a good meal, on the ski slopes, or paddleboarding on the water. I enjoy reading, cooking, walking in the forest, fishing, and simply enjoying nature. What motivates me every day is the opportunity to make a difference, however small, in the lives of the people I work with. 

Education and professional skills 

I graduated from Cégep Marie-Victorin in May 2024 as a physiotherapy technologist. This training gave me a solid foundation in physical rehabilitation and therapeutic support, which I now apply in my professional practice.

In January 2025, I also graduated from the Académie de massage scientifique as a massage therapist. I am currently pursuing advanced training in sports massage to further develop my skills and better meet the needs of my active clientele. What motivates me in my work is helping people improve their quality of life in a tangible way. My approach is centered on listening, respecting each person's pace, and providing care with great humanity.

• Physical Therapy Technologist: Comprehensive training in physical rehabilitation, functional assessment, and development of tailored intervention plans to effectively support patients in their recovery process.
• Certified Massage Therapist: Professional training in therapeutic massage techniques that promote relaxation, stress management, and relief from muscle tension.
