Who is Catherine Sammut
Catherine is a Certified Athletic Therapist (CAT(C)) and kinesiologist. She holds a bachelor’s degree in kinesiology and a master’s degree in athletic therapy from the Université du Québec à Trois-Rivières. She also completed a college diploma in physiotherapy techniques.
Throughout her career, Catherine has developed extensive experience in musculoskeletal rehabilitation and in the management of sport- and physical activity-related injuries. She has worked with a diverse clientele, ranging from high-level athletes to active individuals seeking to regain their functional abilities in daily life. Her approach combines manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and patient education to support a safe and sustainable return to activity. Passionate about movement and health, Catherine enjoys helping her patients regain confidence in their bodies and achieve their goals, whether related to sport or everyday life.

Certified since 2022, Catherine has spent several years working in the sports environment, particularly with collegiate football, Catherine has developed a strong interest in injury prevention, performance optimization, and return-to-play. She prioritizes an individualized approach that considers the person as a whole rather than focusing solely on the injury.
