Cassandra Castro-Barquero

Cassandra earned her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology in 2021 and has now completed her Master of Science (Applied) in Occupational therapy, both from McGill University. Cassandra is now licensed occupational therapist of the Ordre professional des Ergothérapeutes du Quebec (OEQ). 

Cassandra has had the opportunity to work alongside several populations throughout her education, including musculoskeletal cases in private clinics, both acute care and rehabilitation with neurological conditions and hand therapy at the Saint-Mary’s hospital. These different areas have allowed Cassandra to develop a passion for both musculoskeletal cases, as well as hand therapy, which she is planning to specialize in. 

Outside of the clinic, Cassandra enjoys a healthy lifestyle and taking part in different sports such as boxing, Pilates and weightlifting.
