Who is Caroline?
Caroline holds a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology from McGill University and is currently completing a specialized graduate diploma (DESS) in Musculoskeletal Rehabilitation and Manual Therapy at the Université de Sherbrooke, further advancing her expertise in the field of rehabilitation.
As a kinesiologist, Caroline helps individuals improve their physical health, mobility, and overall quality of life through movement, exercise, prevention, and rehabilitation strategies tailored to each person’s needs and goals.
Caroline works with a wide range of clients of all ages and activity levels, whether for performance enhancement, rehabilitation, injury prevention, functional strength, running analysis, or fall-risk prevention. She is passionate about guiding and supporting people throughout their health and wellness journey, helping them move with confidence and achieve sustainable results.
In addition to her clinical practice, Caroline is involved with the Montreal Alouettes performance team, where she continues to expand her experience in athlete conditioning, recovery, and high-performance sports environments.
Known for her approachable and motivating style, Caroline combines evidence-based practice with individualized care to help every client reach their full potential safely and effectively.
Outside of work, Caroline enjoys staying active through soccer, yoga, running, and cycling.
