Who is Brie-Anna?
I am known for my genuinely positive outlook and practical, client-centered approach. I blend evidence-based care with empathy to help people regain strength, confidence, and ease in their movement. Movement has always been central to my life—from competitive swimming for 15 years to now running and pilates. I’m here to guide you back to feeling comfortable, capable, and connected to your body—one step, one stride, one moment at a time.

I am a physiotherapist with a Master of Science, Applied (M.Sc.A.) in Physical Therapy from McGill University, obtained in 2023, following a Bachelor’s in Kinesiology in 2021.
