Adjustment of cyclist positioning

The bike fit assessment will focus on both injury prevention and performance optimization, based on an in-depth analysis of the rider's physical capabilities and bike fit.

Adjustment of cyclist positioning

During the meeting, the cyclist will first be biomechanically evaluated off the bike, to assess mobility, strength, endurance and flexibility. This is followed by an assessment of the rider's position on the bike (on-bike), which the physiotherapist can then correct.

A number of factors will be taken into consideration: saddle height, saddle setback, positioning of cleats and handlebars, but also pedaling technique, training volume and any other intrinsic component of the cyclist (lack of flexibility, strength deficit, etc.).

Don't forget to bring your bike, shoes and shorts to your appointment!
