Biography
Who is Ayelet?
I’ve always been motivated by work that allows me to make a meaningful difference in people’s lives. Discovering the field of occupational therapy felt like a perfect fit especially for its belief that every person should be seen for their unique strengths and abilities rather than focusing on their diagnosis or injury. As a healthcare professional, my goal is to create an empathetic, creative, and motivating environment where people feel safe, engaged, and confident. I enjoy connecting with others, cheering on their progress, and sharing a few laughs along the way—because rehabilitation should feel human, supportive and empowering! Outside of the clinic, you can usually find me reading, baking, or out fishing with my husband.
Training and professional skills
I received my bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy in April 2024 and my master’s degree in Occupational Therapy in November 2025, both from McGill University. I am also a member of the Ordre des ergothérapeutes du Québec (OEQ).
My clinical experiences in mental health, pediatrics, geriatrics, and stroke rehabilitation have shaped my commitment to helping individuals restore function, return to meaningful activities, and improve their quality of life.
