Who is Audrey ?

I am a physiotherapy technologist, a profession that allows me to combine my passion for movement with my desire to help others regain their full potential. Outside of work, I enjoy recharging in the great outdoors—whether it's hiking in the mountains, cycling, or sitting around a campfire, I find my balance in nature.

Training and professional skills

I earned my diploma in Physiotherapy Techniques from Collège Montmorency in 2024. Since the beginning of my studies, I immersed myself in the world of physiotherapy by joining the team at Action Sport Physio as a therapy assistant. This experience allowed me to develop my skills and fuel my passion for the field.

Here is an overview of my certifications:

• Mild Traumatic Brain Injury: From Injury to Return to Function: This course provided me with a deep understanding of the mechanisms behind mild traumatic brain injuries, as well as best practices to support patients throughout their recovery process, with a focus on a safe return to daily and athletic activities.

My goal is to provide high-quality care that supports an optimal return to function and independence.
