Who is Asif?

I'm a physiotherapist with nearly six years of experience, and I genuinely enjoy helping people move better and get back to the activities that matter most to them. Whether it's recovering from an injury, returning to sport, or simply enjoying everyday life without pain, I believe every patient's goals deserve a personalized approach. I value taking the time to listen, explain the reasoning behind treatment, and work together to achieve lasting results. Outside the clinic, I enjoy playing hockey, strength training at the gym, and staying active.

Training and Professional Skills

I earned my Master of Science in Applied Physical Therapy from McGill University in 2020 and have been a licensed physiotherapist in Quebec since then. I have experience treating musculoskeletal, orthopedic, neurological, vestibular, and sports-related conditions in both private clinics and hospital settings. I continue to pursue advanced education, including the McKenzie Method and vestibular rehabilitation, to provide evidence-based care.
