Who is Annie-Claude?

I am a massage therapist and physiotherapy technologist, but my most important role is being a mother of three children, all involved in competitive sports. Needless to say, my free time is often spent behind the wheel, driving them around, or in the stands watching them train and push themselves. Nature plays a big part in my life: it soothes me, recharges me, and reminds me of what truly matters. I’m not very fond of technology; I much prefer simple interactions, outings with friends, and outdoor activities. These authentic moments are the ones I cherish the most.

Training and Professional Skills

I obtained my massage therapy diploma in 2005, followed by my physiotherapy technologist diploma in 2008. Today, I primarily practice massage therapy. I specialize mainly in therapeutic massage and post-operative lymphatic drainage. I also particularly enjoy providing massage therapy for pregnant women, babies, and children.
