Biography
Who is Andrée-Li?
I am a very empathetic, cheerful, and dynamic person. I have a strong interest in all forms of art in general, but music remains an essential part of my life. I am also passionate about the outdoors, hiking, and camping. As a fairly active person, I enjoy practicing different sports depending on the season, including ultimate frisbee, hot yoga, running, swimming, and strength training. To maintain a healthy life balance, I also need calm moments, whether through reading, spending time with loved ones, or simply enjoying a relaxing evening with my partner and my dog.
Education and Professional Skills
I have always been fascinated by the human body’s ability to adapt and move. That is why I began my career in 2015 as a physiotherapy technologist, where I gained over 10 years of experience working with an adult orthopedic clientele. Recently retired from physiotherapy, I am now focusing more on my osteopathic practice. I graduated in osteopathy (D.O.) from the Quebec Osteopathic Center (COQ) in April 2026, although I have already been practicing for the past two years. My clientele is quite diverse, including babies, children, adults, and pregnant women. Thanks to my listening skills, experience, and professionalism, I help people relieve their discomfort by focusing on realistic recovery goals and prioritizing healthy lifestyle habits in their daily lives.
Here is an overview of my certifications:
- MILD TRAUMATIC BRAIN INJURY: Injury management and return to function
- MCKENZIE – PART A: Management of lumbar conditions
- TMO-TRP UPPER LIMB TRAINING – LEVEL 1: Manual therapy to improve joint mobility
- TMO-TRP LOWER LIMB TRAINING – LEVEL 1: Manual therapy to improve joint mobility
- THERAPEUTIC CUPPING IN PHYSIOTHERAPY: Tissue release technique to improve tissue mobility and circulation
Several postgraduate osteopathy training courses are planned in the near future.
