Biography

Who is Abdullah?

I am a devoted osteopathic practitioner with a deep interest in rehabilitation, chronic pain, and athletic performance. My fascination with movement and biomechanics drives the way I support people in restoring their function and feeling like themselves again. I’ve been shaped by sport from a young age, having competed in soccer at a high level, and today I continue to nurture that passion through padel, tennis, soccer and strength training. I value empowerment—helping people regain confidence in their bodies and live with strength and ease. Outside the clinic, I enjoy spending time with family, staying active, and learning about anything that enhances human performance. My aspiration is to bridge the gap between rehabilitation and high performance in a way that feels human, evidence-based, and impactful.

Training and Professional Skills

I began my education with a Diploma in Osteopathic Manual Therapy, which introduced the foundations of anatomy, biomechanics, and hands-on clinical rehabilitation. I then completed a Bachelor of Science in Osteopathy, studying the entire human body as an interconnected system while further developing my clinical approach to rehabilitation and manual therapy. I concluded my studies with a Master of Science in Osteopathy, focusing on advanced clinical biomechanics, chronic pain, and performance-based rehabilitation. With over four years of experience, I’ve had the opportunity to work with chronic pain clients and competitive athletes, integrating rehabilitation with performance demands to support individuals from recovery through to peak function.

Here is an overview of my certifications:

  • Master of Science in Osteopathy: advanced training rooted in clinical biomechanics and rehabilitation
  • Bachelor of Science in Osteopathy: studying the entire human body as an interconnected system, including clinical rehabilitation and manual therapy
  • Diploma in Osteopathic Manual Therapy: hands-on clinical training focused on assessment, function, and recovery
  • Strength and Conditioning Certification: enhancing athletic preparation and performance
  • Corrective Exercise Specialist Certification: addressing imbalances to optimize movement and prevent injury
  • Personal Training Certification: guiding physical development and long-term movement health

I believe that the body thrives when it is understood, respected, and challenged. “He who has health has hope, and he who has hope has everything.” – Thomas Carlyle
