I'm available at this clinic: Vaudreuil-Dorion
Marie-Andrée obtained her master's degree in physiotherapy at the Université de Sherbrooke in 2019 with basic training in radiology and peripheral manipulation. Her training is characterized by internships at CURE, a private clinic associated with the Université de Sherbrooke, CHUS Fleurimont in the Department of Orthopaedic Surgery, RMC Outpatient Clinic (Neurology and Orthopaedics) and Marie-Clarac Hospital (Geriatrics).
She has been interested in sports medicine since childhood. Therefore, from the beginning of her degree 4 years ago, Marie-Andrée became involved with the ASP Sherbrooke team as a therapist with various local sports teams, mainly football, in order to gain experience quickly in her field.
To further develop these physiotherapy skills, she completed training for lumbar problems under the Mckenzie Part A approach as well as training on the temporomandibular joint. She plans to continue developing her skills in the coming years with continuous training in manual therapy as well as training on concussion management in order to improve her clinical skills and on the sports field!
In addition, Marie-Andrée is a great sports enthusiast, regularly playing soccer, cycling, hiking and running!
