Caroline David Kinesiologist Massage Therapist

Caroline graduated from UQAM in 2019 with a Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology. She then continued her studies at the graduate level to pursue a degree in therapeutic exercises at the University of Sherbrooke. This specialization allows her to offer therapeutic massage services to help reduce persistent pain, mobility problems, headaches and muscle stiffness. It is a treatment that requires the participation of the client (gentle mobilization). She is a member of the AKKOMQ (Association of Kinesiologists, Physiotherapists, Orthotherapists and Massage Therapists of Quebec).

Caroline practiced artistic gymnastics throughout her youth. She was also a member of a competitive cheerleading team for several years. Outside of work, Caroline enjoys staying active with snowboarding, rock climbing, swimming and yoga.
