I'm available at this clinic: Saint-Jérôme
Nathalie has always been interested in health and alternative medicine. This led her to study acupuncture: a wonderful ancestral medicine. She studied at Rosemont College in Montreal.
She has an interest in musculoskeletal disorders and women's health, which is why she did her internships in both disciplines. Afterwards, she took continuing education courses on the following subjects: dietetics, plants, Qi Gong, therapeutic suction cups, obstetrics, musculoskeletal disorders.
Acupuncture can be both preventive and curative. It treats musculoskeletal pain (reduction of inflammation, pain reduction, muscle relaxation) but also many other things such as insomnia, anxiety, digestive problems, seasonal allergies, women's problems, pregnancy follow-up, headaches, colds, urinary or respiratory problems, fatigue, stress, etc...
Nathalie is caring, a good listener, and a gentle person with a lot of empathy. Her desire is to help people restore balance in their body for better health.
She is very happy to be part of Action Sport Physio's multidisciplinary team. She says it is a joy to collaborate with other professionals.
She is a member of the Ordre des Acupuncteurs du Québec.
