After graduating from McGill University in 1990 with a degree in physiotherapy, Rachel-Marie quickly became interested in the holistic approach. She completed her basic training in GPR (Global Postural Rehabilitation) in 1996 and has been practicing since then. She has taken several advanced training courses in this discipline over the years.
She is more and more fascinated by fascias and completed a training in Structural Myofascial Therapy (SMFT) in the spring of 2016, which complements well the work of stretching muscle chains in GPR.
During the GPR sessions, his goal is to contribute to the patient's well-being and to make him increasingly aware of his posture in everyday life. With personalized treatments and advice, the patient becomes able to adopt an optimal position in everyday life and to get a taste for it!
Rachel-Marie strives to put into practice the famous phrase "A healthy mind in a healthy body" through a very healthy lifestyle. Having danced in the past, she now mainly enjoys hiking and yoga.
