Biography

Isabelle has been working with the Action Sport Physio team in Saint-Bruno since 2006. She obtained her first Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science from Concordia University and then completed her training with a Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy from the University of Montreal in 2006. She is a member of the Ordre professionnel de la physiothérapie du Québec (O.P.P.Q.).
Always with the goal of acquiring new knowledge, she completed her level 3 in manual therapy and took several other courses including Mackenzie A & B, Mulligan A & B, as well as courses with the A.P.T.E.I. She is now certified '"expert 2.0" from the Clinique du Coureur, the most advanced course currently available in the running health field and in the prevention of running related injuries.
In 2008, Isabelle temporarily left the clinic to go to New Zealand to further her knowledge and see the country. It was there that she fell in love with Pilates in rehabilitation and decided to take the necessary courses in order to obtain her Level II Instructor diploma on the floor and Level I on the "Back in motion" machine. Recently, she completed the Stott Pilates ground training. In addition to treating patients in physiotherapy, she can also provide patients with the opportunity to take Pilates sessions on the floor and on the machine.
