I'm available at this clinic: Lachine
Marc-Olivier Brault has been a licensed massage therapist since 2016, and a member of the Fédération Québécoise des Massothérapeutes. He has over 700 hours of training which mainly includes Kinetic Swedish Massage and Sports Massage, which is his specialty. The latter aims mainly to help athletes perform before, during and after their physical efforts, but is also very effective on people who have a less active lifestyle. Sports massage uses deep tissue, fascia therapy, and periarticular work, but mostly works with flexibility and range of motion. A flexible muscle is a healthy muscle, able to work harder, and is more resistant to pain. It is therefore with the intention of increasing the amplitude of movement and the strength of the muscles that he works with his clients, to not only help injuries to heal healthily, and to reduce the pain, tension and stress accumulated in the everyday life, but also to help ensure that these problems do not return once they are treated. He worked mostly in a spa, and sees Action Sport Physio as a new challenge, and a way to help and work with a different clientele, but his primary goal is and always has been to satisfy the needs of his clientele. A healthy body in a healthy mind.
