Saint-Eustache / Deux-Montagnes

Biography

Catherine obtained her master's degree in physiotherapy in 2015 from McGill University. She is a member of the Professional Order of Physiotherapy of Quebec (OPPQ).

At the end of her university studies, Catherine studied osteopathy for 4 years to bring a holistic approach to her physiotherapy treatments, and refined her treatment techniques by taking courses in manual therapy.

Wanting to offer the best to her patients, Catherine has taken several training courses to broaden her field of expertise. She completed the advanced training offered by the OPPQ for the treatment of jaw disorders and craniofacial disorders. She is also trained to take charge of the woman during and after her pregnancy (diastasis, pain, training, etc.). She also offers her services to toddlers for walking disorders, torticollis / plagiocephaly ("flat head syndrome") and motor development disorders. She will therefore be able to take care of you from head to toe, regardless of your age.

Whether through triathlon, yoga, flag football or hiking, Catherine likes to touch a little bit of everything in the world of sport. During her university studies, she followed the McGill women's rugby team for two years. Working at Action Sport Physio, she was a therapist for football and soccer teams in addition to being present at swimming competitions with CASE at the Saint-Eustache aquatic complex. During her continuing education, she acquired more in-depth knowledge of the prevention of injuries to cyclists.

Catherine will be happy to listen to you and seek to understand your pain to help you get back on your feet as quickly as possible.
